This Privacy Policy is a part of our General Terms.  As a result, we use the same terminology, and if you have any doubts regarding the definition or meaning of any word or term, you should consult our General Terms, which is a legal contract you are agreeing to by using this Site.  

This Site is constructed such that you can visit us on the Internet without specifically identifying yourself or revealing any personal information; however, your access to the Site and the services we offer through the Site may be limited, unless and until you become a registered user. As a condition of registration, you will be required to affirmatively agree to our General Terms, which including this Privacy Policy, as well as provide us with your personally identifiable information (name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.).  We will use the information for the primary purpose for which you are providing it, as well as the other purpose stated herein, which include marketing.

We provide this Privacy Policy to make you aware of our practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.) (“Personal Information”), unless you register as a user to participate in the Stickr Driver Program, to inquire about hiring us to advertise for your business, or for any other reason. Any payment or banking information collected for the purpose of processing payments is collected by a third-party vendor and will be stored in accordance with that vendor’s policies and procedures.  Because we do not have access to such information, you should review the vendor’s applicable policies before providing your information to the vendor.

3.Information Collected Through Technology

When you use our Site we may collect tracking information, such as your browser type, mobile device, the type of operating system you use, the domain name of your Internet service provider and pages visited on the Site. We may use this information for aggregate reporting. For example, we may want to know how long the average user spends on our Site or which pages or features get the most attention. We use this information to help improve our Site and the services we offer; to provide you with more effective customer service; to make the Site easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information; and to perform research and analysis aimed at improving our Site, services and technologies. “Non-Personal Information” is information that is not personally identifiable to you and that we automatically collect when you access our Site with a web browser. It may also include publicly available information that is shared between you and others.

4. How We Use the Information

Stickr uses your Personal Information to provide the applicable services, as well as send you notices, updates, and offers.  We also allow third-parties, such as Google.com, to use your information for marketing purposes and show you products and services in which you may have an interest. By registering with us, you (1) are authorizing us to promote and market to you products or services that we believe may be of interest to you; and (2) consent to allow us and/or our affiliates to use your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for direct and/or indirect marketing or retargeting purposes.

5. With Whom We Share the Information

We may share your Personal Information, as well as your Non-Personal Information, with related business entities and agents, as well as third parties, for the purpose of displaying advertisements that may be of interest to you. Other than for the purpose of providing you with the Services and/or advertising that may be of interest to you, we do not share your information; except, however, we may disclose your personal information (a) to any governmental authority as part of an investigation to determine our compliance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including privacy laws, rules, and regulations), (b) in response to a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding, (c) as otherwise required or permitted under any applicable law, rule, or regulation, (d) in good faith, to protect or defend the rights or property of Stickr or other users, and (e) if Stickr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets.
Companies we may share Personal Information with may include but is not limited to: Rideshare/Delivery companies like Uber, Lyft, Doordash, UberEats, Postmates, Instacart, Trip Rides (Tryp). We may also share with Affiliate networks including but not limited to Zeta Interactive, Banner Edge Media, W4, DMS, Popular Marketing, Xanadu, Madrivo, Addicted Affiliate, Flexmg, Mobile Media Minds, LLC.

6. Data Storage

All data provided to us and/or published on our Site is stored by Stickr on its servers, and/or on the servers of our third-party vendors, located in the United States. In our sole and absolute discretion, we may retain the data permanently. If you do not consent to this permanent storage of such information, you are prohibited from using the Site or any service.

7. Security

In an attempt to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We use data encryption technology to help protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your sensitive information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which creates an encrypted connection between you and our systems for the transmission of any sensitive information you input online. Any unauthorized access to or use of our Site should be immediately brought to our attention by contacting us at hello@stickr.co.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect your information, we cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from us. You transmit and receive all such information at your own risk. STICKR PROVIDES ANY AND ALL SERVICES AND INFORMATION ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. STICKR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Additional Website Issues

(a) How Stickr Uses Technology to Improve Your Stickr Experience:

 Stickr uses cookies and web beacons, described below, to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our Site.  Additionally, we collect certain standard information your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses.

Most aggregate information is collected via cookies, web beacons and other technical methods. Web beacons, also known as clear gifs, in conjunction with cookies, are used to compile statistics about website usage. Web beacons are small pieces of data embedded in images on the pages of websites or applications. We or our service providers use these technical methods to analyze the traffic patterns on our Site, such as the frequency with which our users visit various parts of the website and to measure Site effectiveness or use of online services.  We also use cookies to store, and sometimes to track, user information. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering or subscribing to our website. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie contains a unique number that allows our website to recognize your computer. We use both temporary and persistent cookies; a temporary cookie tracks visitor activity during a session or visit and it expires when you close your browser. We use them to provide continuity for your visit as you visit website pages.  Stickr wants to ensure you understand that accepting a cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any Personal Information, other than the data you choose to share with us. We are aware many people have concerns about cookies; however, we believe the benefit we both gain from their proper use is worthwhile.

(b) Links to Third Party Websites:

 Links to third party websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links you will leave the Site. Stickr has not comprehensively reviewed these third-party websites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these websites, their content or their privacy policies. Thus, Stickr does not make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to our Site, you do this entirely at your own risk.

If there are updates to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revision date above.

12. Your Right to Opt-Out

If you wish to opt-out and revoke the consent you have provided to us by accessing the Site or using any other services, you must email us at hello@stickr.co and specifically state that you would like us to keep your information private.  Once we receive your email, we will attempt to remove your information from circulation in our systems and archive your information for safekeeping (in case of litigation or the like) delete whatever you may have provided us; however, please be aware that you will be denied access from accessing the Site or using any other services in the future to help ensure that we do not use your information.
